Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on the pkid platform. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkid. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Nothing in this document constitutes legal advice for your jurisdiction.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkid online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at pkid.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). pkid is operated as an online gaming and information platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, launching any game, or otherwise making use of any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
pkid does not operate under or claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani regulatory body. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using this Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, to register an Account or use the Services. By registering, you declare and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pkid reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending age verification.
Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. If pkid determines that a User is or was under the minimum age at the time of registration or any transaction, the Account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at the operator's discretion in accordance with applicable law.
The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where access to such platforms requires a local licence that pkid does not hold. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that gambling restrictions may apply under Pakistani law and that pkid does not claim government authorisation for operation in Pakistan.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts. pkid reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated transactions, and forfeit any balances held therein.
Accounts are for personal use only. You may not operate an Account on behalf of a third party, accept wagers from others, or use the Platform for any commercial or business purpose.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering an Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pkid will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify pkid support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
pkid operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any other time pkid reasonably requests, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.
Accounts may be denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where amounts are referenced in these Terms or on the Platform in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are provided for local familiarity. The operative account currency and applicable exchange rates (where relevant) are disclosed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
All deposits must be made using payment methods that are available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier before you confirm any deposit. pkid does not accept cash deposits. You must only deposit funds that you own and that are sourced from legitimate personal income or savings.
References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear on the Platform as contextual examples. These references do not constitute a representation that those providers currently support, endorse or are affiliated with pkid. Always confirm available deposit methods in the cashier.
Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification (see Section 4.3). Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and conditions displayed in the cashier. Processing times vary by method and are disclosed at the point of withdrawal request.
pkid does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Any applicable fees are disclosed in the cashier before you confirm a transaction. pkid reserves the right to pass on fees incurred by the operator in exceptional circumstances, with prior notice.
pkid reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful conduct. In such cases, pkid may report the matter to relevant authorities and withhold funds pending investigation.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game or market. By placing a bet you confirm you have reviewed the applicable rules.
pkid offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL and ICC tournaments), football, UFC, tennis and other sports. All markets are subject to settlement rules published in the sportsbook. In the event of a fixture being postponed, abandoned or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules. pkid's decision on all settlement matters is final.
Casino games (slots, live dealer, table games, crash games) are provided by third-party software suppliers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings for slot titles are displayed on each game card. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The house edge applies to all games.
pkid reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical error, software malfunction, data feed failure, or any event that materially compromises the integrity of the market or game. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a manifest technical error may be voided at pkid's discretion.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per game, and per day, as displayed in the relevant game or market interface. pkid reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, with or without prior notice, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. You must meet the stated eligibility requirements and, where applicable, opt in to a promotion before qualifying. Bonuses are generally available to verified accounts in good standing. pkid reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion at its discretion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates per game type, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry period are all stated in the individual promotion terms. Players should read these terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
pkid operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk hedging strategies specifically to convert bonus funds, placing arbitrage bets across platforms, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intent of promotional terms. In confirmed cases of bonus abuse, pkid reserves the right to void bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
pkid reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes to the terms of an active bonus will not apply retrospectively to amounts already subject to a wagering requirement unless required by applicable law or to prevent manifest abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game assets, and brand identifiers, is the property of pkid or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without express prior written permission from pkid. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement and may be subject to legal action.
pkid does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond pkid's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. pkid will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or damage to reputation.
pkid's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising from or connected with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.
The Platform integrates third-party game software, payment processing infrastructure and data feeds. pkid is not liable for failures, errors or interruptions originating from third-party systems beyond its reasonable control. Where a third-party failure results in a disputed outcome, pkid will endeavour to investigate and resolve the matter fairly, but the outcome of that investigation is final.
pkid reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; (c) the User is located in a restricted jurisdiction; (d) the User has failed to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or (e) continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pkid support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after deducting pending or disputed amounts will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon Account closure or termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 13 and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, as specified in the operator's licence documentation. pkid does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for disputes arising from Platform use, and does not claim that Pakistani law governs this Agreement.
In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with pkid support. pkid aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt of full details. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may have the right to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as specified in the operator's licence terms.
pkid reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkid will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The revised Terms will display an updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
