pkid does not share personal data with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other Pakistani financial institution beyond what is technically necessary to process a transaction you have initiated. These providers are not data partners of pkid and receive no more than the minimum transactional information required to complete a payment.

8 International Data Transfers

pkid operates globally and your personal data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where personal data is transferred internationally, pkid ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:

If you are located in Pakistan, please be aware that your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside Pakistan. By registering an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge this international processing.

9 Data Retention

pkid retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. Our general retention principles are:

• Active accounts — personal data is retained for the duration of your account relationship with pkid.
• Closed accounts — following account closure, we retain identity, financial, and transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with AML, KYC, and licensing obligations. This period may be extended where required by law or ongoing legal proceedings.
• Support communications — retained for up to three (3) years from the date of last contact.
• Marketing data — retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, after which it is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.

13 Minors

The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction. pkid does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the applicable minimum age. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
